WEEK NINE: Stress & Stimulation

When your brain perceives a threat, it signals your body to release a burst of hormones to fuel your capacity for a response. This becomes a problem when when we have non-stop stress and the release is constant. This week we talk about stress and stress management.

WEEK TEN: Self Care

Are we being selfish when we take care of our own happiness? Our society often equates self-care with selfishness; nothing could be further from the truth. This week is all about making time for exercise, preparing healthy meals, resting and creating growth and happiness!

WEEK ELEVEN: Your Environment

It’s important that we learn to take responsibility for everything that surrounds us. Things we use, eat and live with may be causing damage to our bodies and those of our family. This week we discuss creating a healthy home environment for a healthy body.

What is the Healthy Habits Program?

Healthy Habits is a 12 week weight loss program that has been physician approved so you can feel confident coaching your clients through their journey. Healthy Habits has everything you need to help your clients be successful and reach their goals including weekly modules in video, audio and workbook format, assessment tools, weekly recipes and exercise recommendations. Your client will learn everything from healthy foods for weight loss, importance of macronutrients, how to exercise, meditate and improve their relationship with body image, and so much more. This program can be used online or off and is able to be used at different price points (see table above).

What will I Receive?

Healthy Habits is a digital product. It will be ready for download immediately. You will not receive a printed, hard copy book in the mail.

It can be printed at your local printer or by you on your printer or you may purchase a hard copy from us after you have purchased the digital copy. It is beautiful when printed.

How Can I Use This Product?

This program must be used for one on one or group health coaching – it is not for resale to other health coaches.

You should use this program with your clients, and send out worksheets and handouts in advance of your meetings.  You can send it digitally or have it printed out and hand or mail it to your clients.  You can change things, add things in and take things out.  These are specifically designed to be flexible to each coach and client’s needs.  You will need to leave the copyright in place and notate the changes that you made. 

Do I have to be a certified health coach to use this program?
