Do I need to be a health coach to attend the event?

You should be a health coach. This event is really directed to health coaches to expand your business with additional revenue streams.

Is there Wifi access?


Will we have time for leisure and fun?

Yes! Evenings will be free. If you stay longer there are exceptional museums (Joslyn and Durham), the world renowned Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, the cozy historical Old Market District, the historic Joslyn Castle, the Orpheum Theater, great restaurants, and plenty of shopping and art galleries.

I’m coming with a friend. Can we stay together?

Yes, you will be making your room reservations directly with Marriott.  You may make those arrangements on your own.

What should I pack?

Divide your belongings between a small carry-on suitcase and a full suitcase so you have clothing and essentials if your checked baggage is delayed or lost. Pack prescription medications, extra eyeglasses or contacts/cleaning solution, personal feminine products, and all important papers (tickets, passport or visa, hotel and car reservations, necessary phone numbers) in your carry-on.


General Packing Tips

  • Clothing should be comfortable and easy to clean.
  • Temperatures are typically high 80’s to low 60’s.
  • Business casual for meetings and casual (comfortable play) clothing.
  • Bring a sweater or light jacket for cooler nights and air conditioned meeting rooms.
  • Sandals are a good idea if you plan on hitting the pool and a sturdy pair of walking shoes is essentialespecially if you plan on visiting our beautiful Henry Doorly Zoo.
What if an emergency comes up and I can't make it?

You may transfer your ticket to another person with 10 days notice. There is a $100 transfer fee. If you can’t find someone to transfer the ticket to, you may use it as a credit toward a future event.
