The Key to Success as a Coach
Most of us know that the keys to a successful garden are good soil, seeds, nutrients, sunshine, and water. Most of us wouldn’t expect a garden to grow if we weren’t mindful of how it’s sown. Often, we need to adjust the amounts and add a little love to increase our harvest.
Health coaches are called upon to do the same. The truth is, it doesn’t matter what you give your client as long as they get the results they’re looking for.
A professional presentation is important, and I love beautiful things as much as anyone else, but if you want to succeed for your business and your client, you will give them results.
We’ve we’ve put together the right mix for you to help your customers to get results. Many of our programs have digital modules, audio, video, workbook, and graphic support to help reinforce concepts, steps, and assessments. You may need to tweak it to serve your clients highest needs, but it’s there.
If you work with 35 people, you want all 35 people to have good results from your programs. That’s the dilemma for a lot of coaches, you can’t force anyone to put in the work. How do you help them succeed. When your clients get results, we do. The best thing you can do is to offer them the tools to get results.
We have the same issue. We can sell you fabulous courses to offer your customers and get them results. Not everyone succeeds with them, because we can’t do the work for you. Having 17 of 35 of our customers succeed with programs, isn’t enough.
