    Cathy, I’m so glad you’re promoting raw foods and how exactly to buy and stock them! People will feel stronger, get sick less often, and think more clearly as they begin to eat more and more raw foods. And it’s so easy to integrate some raw foods into a “normal American diet”. Good going!

    Cathy…what’s the story on Agave/raw Agave nectar? There seems to be plenty of confusion about this.

    I think sprouts I need to have in house always. A lot of those things I already have but its good to be reminded of them all. I think I will try to print that out so I am always stocked with them. Thanks Cathy!!

    Cathy,
    I started eating all raw foods last April. It’s harder here in colorado during the winter so I haven’t been able to keep it up. Biting definitely going back to it when it warms up again. Thank you!
