One More Thing – Make it Fun

Use what you can to make journaling more fun and more helpful.  There are lots of fun journals out there with questions that break it up a little.  There are journals that focus on what is important to you and there are journals that make it all more of a game. 

I like to brainstorm and brain dump.  That looks like a blank sheet of paper where I just dump everything that comes into my mind onto the paper.  That can be interesting to see what is top of mind below the conscious level.  It can bring forward solutions, ideas, problems that were hiding, and a lot more.

There is a free offer online to write “750 Words”.  Some of my best content, ideas, lists, and communications have come from that.  The challenge is to write 750 words per day.
