Journaling – One More Thing – Make it Fun

One More Thing – Make it Fun
I like to brainstorm and brain dump. That looks like a blank sheet of paper where I just dump everything that comes into my mind onto the paper. That can be interesting to see what is top of mind below the conscious level. It can bring forward solutions, ideas, problems that were hiding, and a lot more.
There is a free offer online to write “750 Words”. Some of my best content, ideas, lists, and communications have come from that. The challenge is to write 750 words per day.

For some reason I’ve never got into writing a journal. I have so much in my head but never write it down. Maybe I should start!
I prefer handwritten journals. It makes the activity more personal, writing profusely without thinking about rules and limitations, just pouring yourself in.
My journaling habit is an on-again off-again one.. I sometimes do the five-minute writing exercise but find myself editing as I write (which defeats the purpose).. I should retry – maybe with the 750 words you mentioned..
