Thank you for joining me on another episode of Health Coach Conversations! I am excited for this episode because I think it will bring value to each of you personally – we are going to discuss how to quit holding yourself back! In this episode Cathy talks about the following:

If you constantly challenge yourself then you’ll always be making progress. I am a big believer that you can do anything you want to, can accomplish anything you want to – if you put the time and effort into it. Constantly be learning, not only is it good for your brain health overall, it’s also primes your brain for good decision making and critical thinking. Take action and then you’ll gain momentum and once you gain momentum you’ll keep moving – you won’t get the ball rolling if you take zero action. Remember that taking care of yourself health wise makes it possible to move forward! Even though it can be difficult, don’t focus on the sad, dark, or bad – appreciate the good things that happen for you every day. Anyone can remove the limits they’ve placed on themselves and go big – take action, follow these 6 tips, and see for yourself!

  • Change your bad patterns and exercise control.
  • Know your purpose.
  • Read and learn – always.
  • Move forward – whether you feel like it or not.
  • Health and wellness is essential!
  • Spiritual growth, feel gratitude and contribute.
