If anything at all is learned from the first few months of 2020, we must learn that this is the time that we have individual responsibility toward our own health and happiness.

A lot has been said about how to protect ourselves and others by separating, washing our hands, and using protective gear.  Not nearly enough is being said about how to build our own immunity, strength, stamina, energy, and happiness.

This series is to help you take your power back as a person, a group, a community, a country, and a world.  We have the power through everyday actions that we can take for ourselves and those around us.

I hope you will join in this global movement by health coaches to build ourselves up, make space for health, and to be healthy at home, and then spread health to everyone around us.

Every day we have an opportunity to start fresh, take action, and build a healthier, happier and stronger self.  Once we do that for ourselves, it is amazing how quickly our friends, family, and loved ones follow our example.

Many of us are taking care of everyone but ourselves.  We feel selfish doing things for ourselves and we keep working through the day taking care of everyone else, when we ourselves need relief.  Don’t carry it on your shoulders alone.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Don’t ignore your own needs, connect with others.  Being connected is your path to helping yourself and others.  We aren’t alone in the world and we don’t have to do it alone.

Connect with others and take care.

 

 

It is amazing how close each of us is to true health and happiness.  All we have to do is to take the power one step at a time.  Make changes in your own life, and you’ll surely make a difference in the lives of others.

 

Each of us can spread health faster than a virus.

 

Every day we have an opportunity to start fresh, take action, and build a healthier, happier and stronger self.  Once we do that for ourselves, it is amazing how quickly our friends, loved ones follow our example.

 Taking care of these needs build our immunity and set us up to age well and live a happy life.
